But with four minutes remaining, Florida State connected on a 48-yard field goal to tie the game and force overtime. Both teams would make exciting plays in the three overtimes and in the end Penn State Kicker Kevin Kelly proved that the third time is a charm as he connected for the 29-yard game winning field goal.
